Restaurant marketing

Marketing that fills tables.

For restaurant brands that want fuller covers, not vanity reach. Built by someone who has run three outlets of his own.

Restaurant marketing that works starts on the floor, not in a deck: find the dead hours, engineer offers for those exact windows, build craving-led content, run radius ads and turn happy guests into ratings. Sahil Sheth builds and runs this system for restaurant brands across India.

Restaurant marketing fails when it is done from a desk. Ours starts from the floor: which hours are dead, which dishes carry the margin, which guests come once and never return. Then we build the mix, content, offers, events, ads and reviews, that moves those exact numbers.

Questions owners ask

What should a restaurant spend on marketing in India?

A working range for mid-size brands is 3 to 6 percent of revenue, weighted toward whatever fills your weakest hours. The split between content, ads and events depends on whether walk-ins, bookings or delivery drive your money.

How long before restaurant marketing shows results?

Offer and ads changes show in 2 to 6 weeks. Ratings, database and content compounding take a quarter. Anyone promising a full turnaround in two weeks is selling you reach, not covers.

Do you work with single-outlet restaurants?

My sweet spot is three plus locations or a serious plan to get there. Single outlets should start with the free audit and the self-serve tools, and I will say honestly whether a consultant is worth it yet.
